Do you have doubts about your order?

To choose a perfume, please note that you can order samples before ordering your 50 ml perfume. The samples will allow you to validate the choice of your perfume and are fully refunded when purchasing your perfume or your box.

You finally no longer want your order (whatever your order: perfume, jewelry or other) or you are not satisfied with it. We'll refund you!
Once your order is delivered to your home, we accept returns for a period of 30 days, provided that the product is neither opened nor damaged:

• Send us an email to contact@prophetieparfum.com with the reason for the return
• We will send you the return address by email
• Prepare your package, taking care to protect it
• Then stick your return label on your package (at your expense)
• Go to the post office to drop off your package

Some small conditions:

• The product purchased must not have been used and its condition is new (for our sets & perfumes, the perfume must not have been used so a visual check will be carried out and if the perfume has been used we can object to reimbursement)
• The return is made from mainland France
• You received your order less than 30 days ago

Return costs are your responsibility. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product, you will then have to request a refund for your order and place a new one.
Discovery bags or gift bags are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
